Accuracy in expert evaluation of object states by pairwise comparison with quantitative preference estimation

Abstract

The expert competence parameter is considered in application to object state evaluation. The accuracy of the state evaluation is related to the number of experts and their competence together with the extent of independence for the judgements. The paper discusses the definition of stochastic dependence for expert judgements.
