Measurement Techniques Aims and scope

Abstract

A new design of a flowmeter that assures, besides self-regulation, orientational independence of its readings is proposed. It is shown by means of experiment that the dependence on angle exists only at Reynolds numbers of approximately one and is noticeable only in the case of a gas flowmeter possessing very high sensitivity.
