Measurement Techniques Aims and scope

Abstract

A new construction of a radar recognition device in a radar station with frequency tuning and inverse aperture synthesis is proposed. The recognition system is based on a neural-network approach and a two-level principle: the establishment of the class and the determination of the type of aircraft. Algorithms of the functioning of the radar station and of the two-level recognition device are described in the interest of designing promising systems.
