A Critical Analysis of the Quality Concept and the Scope for Quantitative Estimation

Abstract

Conditions are derived providing objective values for quantitative indices. It is shown that these conditions cannot be realized for the quality of a material object and consequently quality cannot have an objective quantitative value.
