Portable no2 gas analyzer in the concentration range 0.02-2 ppm based on a mds-sensor

Abstract

A portable NO2 gas analyzer based on a MDS-sensor is prepared using laser deposition technology for thin films. The gas analyzer measures small NO2 concentrations in the range 0.02-2.0 ppm.
