By optimizing the rounding radius of the corners of the rectangular cross-section of die channel in its deformation and sizing areas, angular rounding capacity is increased, metal laminar flow is achieved, and the deformation scheme is improved. As a result, there is a significant improvement in hard alloy die life, strip breakage during drawing is eliminated, and product quality indices are improved.
