Computer Information System for Determining the State Parameters of Metal in a Batch-Operated Heating Furnace

A new computer information system (CIS) which has been developed for determining the state parameters of metal in a batch-operated heating furnace is discussed. The system provides timely and reliable information on thermophysical parameters that characterize the condition of the metal being heated.
