Abstract

This article gives examples of the measurement technology developed by the company IMS (in Germany), this technology employing modern systems for quality control and data analysis. Along with optimized models of the given production process and high-precision control systems equipped with suitable actuators, the measurement methods and equipment described in the article are essential to achieving the necessary level of product quality in continuous high-speed production operations.
