A condition of indecomposability for Butler \(\mathrm B (n)\)-groups

Abstract

We give a manageable sufficient condition for indecomposability of Butler \(\mathrm B (n)\)-groups, allowing the easy construction of a big family of indecomposable torsionfree Abelian groups of finite rank.
