In the article published last month “Prevalence of risk factors for adverse pregnancy outcomes during pregnancy and the preconception period – United States 2002–2004” by Anderson, Ebrahim, Floyd and Atrash the name of the third
author should have been “Louise Floyd.” Further, the affiliations should be listed as: Anderson, Division of Reproductive Health, CDC, and Ebrahim, Floyd and Atrash, the Division of Birth Defects and Developmental Disabilities, CDC.
