Abstract
Radioisotope nanoparticles (NPs) constructed with Au-ligand framework were prepared by self-assembly process between radioisotope Au3+ ions and the coordinated ligands in an ethanol/water mixture (1/1, vol %) solution at room temperature for 3 h. The coordinated ligands as bridging organic molecules such as 1,4-bis((1H-imidazol-1-yl)methyl)benzene (BIX), 2,6-bis((1H-imidazol-1-yl)naphthalene (BNX), di(1H-imidazol-1-yl)dimethylsilane (BIS), and 4,4′-bis(pyridin-2-ylmethoxy)biphenyl (BPX) were synthesized by coupling reaction, respectively. The synthesized radioisotope NPs with Au-ligand framework could be used as radiotracers in science, environmental, engineering, and industrial fields.
