The authors are very thankful to Dr. Bazin for the kind words expressed in support of their work and for giving further credence to their exploratory findings by substantiating it with observations made by him earlier while carrying out work on heavy elements in urinary stones.
The authors wish to submit that his work has not been included due to oversight. The authors have gone through the latest work cited by him and welcome his comments for their substantial contributions to this interesting issue of the role of trace elements in stone formation from ectopic calcification point of view too.
His suggestions will go a long way in giving further credence and strong footing to the future work being planned to be published by our group on the basis of larger data base.
