The original version of the article unfortunately contained errors.
The acronyms for conventional Josephson voltage standard (CJVS) and programmable Josephson voltage standard (PJVS) were misspelled as CVJC, PJVC and PVJC. In the whole Section 7 and caption of Fig. 13, the correct spelling should be CJVS and PJVS.
The original article has been corrected.
