Abstract

Using quantum-chemical models and calculation methods for microscopic theory of order disorder structural phase transitions in H-bonded solids is considered based on previous works. The general approach is discussed by analyzing the problem of the extremal dependence of these transitions on the type of the hydrogen isotope typical for a number of materials.
