Publisher Correction: Exploration of the Usual Care Pathway for Rotator Cuff Related Shoulder Pain in the Western Australian Workers’ Compensation System

In the original publication, the production process resulted in some errors in alignment and spacing of the tables that affected the reading of the included data.
