Abstract
This paper presents the transient magnetic field analysis for PF converter unit. Different short circuit conditions and different magnetic field sources are considered in the analysis. An analysis model is built for each magnetic field source first. And then a magnetic field analysis is performed for the worst short circuit condition. The analysis results presented in this paper will be a very important reference for the confirmation of EMC test level and the EMC design of instrument and control systems.
