Abstract
It is shown that the condition for long-pulse tokamak is the synchronization between deterministic (H modes) and stochastic (ELMs) regimes. These regimes can be obtained analytically using the theory of semigroups and Kolmogorov–Arnold–Moser theorem via fuzzy neural techniques.
