Analysis of the Influence of Thermal Conditions on the Operation of Optoelectronic Devices

  • Published:
Journal of Engineering Physics and Thermophysics Aims and scope

The optoelectronic device has been considered from the viewpoint of system analysis. It has been shown that thermal conditions influence the transfer function of this system and, as a consequence, the desired signal. Moreover, the self-radiation of the device′s elements, which also leads to a change in the output signal of the device, depends on the thermal conditions.
