Modeling of the formation and growth of titanium dioxide particles in the working zone of a plasma-chemical reactor is carried out. The influence of a heterogeneous reaction and nucleation process on the size of particles has been studied. Parametric calculations of the formation and growth of titanium dioxide particles depending on the magnitude of the flow rate and velocity of titanium tetrachloride jet injection were performed.
