The Editor-in-Chief has retracted this article. The article was submitted to be part of a guest-edited issue. An investigation found that this article had a number of concerns. Equations 3, 8, 9, 12, 16, and 17 appear to be unrelated to article or nonsensical. Additionally, the article contains a number of irrelevant references. The publisher also found evidence of authorship manipulation.
