Abstract

Two novel aromatic hydrazone compounds containing pyrazole group were synthesized with 1-phenylpyrazole-4-carbaldehyde and benzene hydrazine (or p-tolylhydrazine hydrochloride) as the starting materials. As-synthesized aromatic hydrazone compounds were characterized by means of 1H NMR, FT-IR, Ms and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Results shown that two aromatic hydrazone compounds crystallizes in the monoclinic system of space group P21/n for A and Pc for B respectively.
