The original version of this article unfortunately contained an error. On p. 298, in the final sentence of the third paragraph of Section 5.3, the signs of Δφ indicating delay and advance of phase were reversed. The correct sentence should read:

$\Delta \varphi <0\left( {>0} \right)$ indicates a delay (respectively, advance) in the start of the next cycle.
