Abstract

YVO4:Eu3+ nanophosphors were prepared by a sol–gel method. The structure and luminescent properties of YVO4:Eu3+ nanophosphors are characterized by XRD and luminescent spectrophotometer. There are excellent luminescent properties for YVO4:Eu3+ nanophosphors. The nanophosphors are applied in bioapplications field.
