The Role of Axions in the Formation of Frequency and Angular Spectra of Laser Radiation Propagated in a Dispersion Medium

An interpretation is proposed for the spectral broadening and the change in angular characteristics of the light beam at the exit from a dispersion medium. The role of axions responsible for changes in the spectral and angular characteristics of the light beam is examined.
