Effect of Nd Impurity on Photoconductivity and Optical Absorption Spectra of GeS Single Crystal

The effect of Nd impurities on the mechanism of photoconductivity and light absorption in GeS single crystals was investigated. The structure of the spectra was studied, and the exciton states and the energy of direct and indirect band–band transitions were investigated.
