Stress State of a Transversely Isotropic Plate with a Circular Hole with a Concentrated Splitting Force Acting on its Surface

  • Published:
International Applied Mechanics Aims and scope

The problem of the stress state of a transversely isotropic plate with a circular hole with a concentrated splitting force acting on its surface is solved by expanding the unknown functions into Fourier–Legendre series in the thickness coordinate. The stress state of the plate near the hole is analyzed.
