Abstract
The important protocol of remote preparation of an unknown two-ion entangled state with a maximally four-ion cluster state as quantum channel can be demonstrated in the ion-trap system. The two-ion entangled state can be transmitted from the sender to the receiver without apparent joint Bell-state measurement. The successful possibilities and fidelities of the scheme can reach 1.
