Abstract

In this paper, we propose a protocol for teleporting the photon polarization-entangled state from a sender to a receiver in terms of optical elements. We show that the quantum teleportation protocol can be successfully realized with a certain probability by using a W state as the quantum channel. This protocol is based on optical elements, which are feasible with existing experimental technology.
