Abstract
This article presents two procedures for evaluation of a blackbody and a surface calibrator, which are used for calibration of radiation thermometers and thermal imagers. For calibration purposes, it is important to determine their temperature stability and homogeneity. The developed automated bench was a very helpful tool for their evaluation. The complex measurement procedure can be performed because of its mechanical characteristics and very good positioning accuracy and repeatability. Evaluation results of one high-temperature blackbody source and two surface calibrators are presented.
