Currently, the operation of three-phase banks of single-phase transformers and autotransformers requires keeping an identical single-phase unit in reserve. In this case, an emergency situation may arise where it is necessary to replace the transformer in one of the phases, but there is a single-phase unit with different characteristics rather than an identical unit. The possibility of such a connection of a transformer bank is tested numerically.
