The hydraulic machines of tidal power stations operate under specific conditions depending on the supply of tidal energy characterized by large pressure fluctuations and the necessity of flow boost of the turbines. The results of hydropower analysis of tidal power units with axial adjustable-blade and orthogonal turbines are presented.
