Local and General Scours Caused by Tsunami Waves

  • Published:
Power Technology and Engineering Aims and scope

The worst recent tsunami occurrences and their consequences are analyzed based on the open source data along with the characteristics of scours caused by tsunami waves. The measures of protection from such consequences, including those associated with erosion, are discussed.
