The results of using a mathematical model to study advanced algorithms for the automatic load-frequency control (ALFC) system of 800 MWPower Unit 1 of the Perm TPP islanded as part of the Perm-Zakamsky energy hub from the UES of Russia are presented. To prevent long-term oscillations of power and frequency of the power unit during power surges due to the reduced capacity of the power lines, advanced ALFC algorithms are proposed and analyzed. A criterion for the activation of these algorithms is proposed, and the optimal one is chosen.
