Hydraulic Calculations of Flow Parameters on the Weir Krieger – Ofitserov

  • Published:
Power Technology and Engineering Aims and scope

Krieger – Ofitserov analysis of coordinate of discharge surface and Krieger coordinates of free surface of nappe-shaped crest flow is presented. The defects of the proposed coordinates are detected, and calculated dependences are proposed to construct discharge and flow surfaces for calculating the flow parameters, including the inertial forces emerging in the flow on the curved surface.
