Improvement of Cascade Regulation of River Flow of Reservoirs

The article is devoted to the problem of imperfect regulation of river flow in a cascade of reservoirs exemplified by the Kama and Votkinsk hydroelectric power complexes. The reservoir filling and emptying storage-outflow curve makes it possible to increase the regulating capacity of the hydro complexes for solving problems of downstream navigation.
