Method for Designing the Impeller Blade for an Axial Dredge Pump

  • Published:
Power Technology and Engineering Aims and scope

An analytic method for designing blades of the impeller of an axial dredge pump is developed. The method allows a mathematical description of the skeleton line as a parabola, taking into account the entrance and exit angles of the blade. The method can be used in CAD software to design axial-flow pumps.
