The IVGT-1 turbogenerator diagnostic system based on the moisture content of the gas

  • Published:
Power Technology and Engineering Aims and scope

A system for diagnosing emergency states from the moisture content of high-power water-cooled turbogenerators is presented. The use of the differential method of measurement and a consideration of the particular features of the generators has enabled high accuracy and reliability of the results of the measurements to be obtained. Experimental samples of the system are being successfully used in the Ryazan State Regional Power Plant (GRÉS).
