Results of investigations conducted in the Hydraulics Laboratory of the Russian University for International Friendship are cited. The purpose of these investigations was to substantiate the scales of the possible effect of consequences of construction operations on the marine medium in the area where the “Nord Stream” gas pipeline is to be constructed. A description is given for an experimental device and procedures.
