Use of modeling for controlling the quality of manufactured glass

Abstract

Mathematical models of production of sheet glass were developed. The problem of controlling the meltingproduction problem was formulated. The efficacy of utilizing mathematical models for working out effective actions to improve the quality of the glass was demonstrated.
