Spectral Analysis of Processes Using Geotextile Nonwoven Materials

A method for spectral analysis of processes using geotextile nonwoven materials that is based on numerical calculation of the retardation spectra of these materials is considered. The small number of mean-statistical retardation times of the geotextile nonwoven materials is justified.
