Science-based technological solutions for the production of multilayer radio-absorbing materials based on non-woven dielectric matrices and a polymer binder with high electrical and operational properties have been studied. Non-woven fabrics and porous polyvinyl chloride films modified with carbon fiber have been developed and analyzed in detail, the combination of which constitutes a multilayer fibrous-porous radio absorbing material.
