Planning the Production of Chemical Fibers and Threads from Secondary Raw Materials Based on Optimization of Indicators and Development of Models of Material Intensity of Production Processes

  • Published:
Fibre Chemistry Aims and scope

The article considers the problem of planning the economical production of semi-finished products of chemical-textile technological processes using the principles of advanced technologies of plastic recycling. As an object of analysis and modelling, the indicator of material intensity of the production process is chosen as the most important element of the production manufacturability of products. Raw material balances have been developed for technological stages. On their basis, using optimization techniques, recommendations for the establishment of regulations for volumetric production planning and consumption rates for secondary raw materials are given.
