Abstract
A method was developed for determining water-soluble, nitrogen-containing organic compounds based on their potentiometric titration with a polarized platinum microelectrode in HCl medium with a solution of tungstophosphoric heteropolyacid. The range of determinable concentrations is 0.4–65%. The method is characterized by good reproducibility (Sr no greater than 0.02–0.04) both for model and for process solutions. The duration of the analysis to determine the DMAA content using tungstophosphoric heteropolyacid is a maximum of 15 min.
