Fibre Chemistry Aims and scope

Abstract

The effect of the twist value on the basic physicomechanical indexes of Arselon sewing thread of 29 tex × 4 structure was examined. Polynomial models that adequately reflect the dependence of the optimization criteria on the twist were obtained. The analysis of these models allowed establishing the optimum twisting parameters for Arselon sewing thread.
