The composition of phenolic compounds from Scutellaria titovii Juz. and S. catharinae Juz. (Lamiaceae) growing in Kazakhstan was studied for the first time. A total of 26 known compounds and two new O-glycosylflavones (1 and 2) were detected. The new flavonoids were elucidated as 5,7,2′-trihydroxy-6-methoxyflavone 7,2′-di-O-β-D-glucuronopyranoside (scutellariside I, 1) and 5,6,7,4′-tetrahydroxyflavanone 7,4′-di-O-β-D-glucuronopyranoside (scutellariside II, 2) using UV and NMR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry.
