New C-19 Lappaconitine Derivatives

Previously unknown C-19 lappaconitine derivatives were prepared via [3 + 2] cycloaddition reactions of a nitrone based on lappaconitine with compounds containing a triple bond, i.e., propargyl alcohol, methyl propiolate, phenylacetylene, 3-phenoxypropyne-1, and propargyl aldehyde diethylacetal.
