A new eremophilane sesquiterpene (1), together with four known sesquiterpenes, donacinol B (2), donacinol C (3), trichapargin A (4), and trichapargin B (5), were isolated from cultures of the fungus Pholiota nameko. The structure of compound 1 was elucidated by extensive spectroscopic analysis and electronic circular dichroism (ECD) calculations. The known compounds (2–5) were determined by comparing their spectroscopic data with those reported in the literature.
