A New Lignan from Gymnotheca involucrata

A new lignan, named gymnotheinvolin (1), and three known compounds (2–4) were isolated from the Chinese medicinal plant Gymnotheca involucrata. The structure of the new compound was established on the basis of 1D and 2D NMR experiments.
