Two New Lignans from the Fresh Bark of Ailanthus altissima

Two new lignans (1, 2) were isolated from the fresh bark of Ailanthus altissima. The structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analysis, including 1D and 2D NMR techniques and high-resolution mass spectrometry.
