Four New Prenylated Flavonoids from the Fruits of Sinopodophyllum hexandrum

Four new prenylated flavonoids, sinoflavonoids NF–NI (14), were isolated from the fruits of Sinopodophyllum hexandrum by different chromatographic methods such as silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, ODS, and preparative high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Their structures were elucidated on the basis of extensive spectroscopic data (UV, IR, HR-ESI-MS, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, HSQC, HMBC).
